The botanical garden at OrcaSong is wonderful. What a feast for the eyes to see the farm in its early stages of development. Worth a visit!

This is a wonderful place for both special events ( weddings, parties) and for spending some quality time enjoying the many flowers, herbs and vegetables. We toured the lavender fields and chose not to pick our own because we were ready for some refreshments. They bought ice cream and we all learned how the lavender distillery makes lavender oil and lavender water. There are bouquets of wildflowers and so many kinds of flowers growing. It inspired me as a local gardener! My friends and I strolled around the pond, enjoyed CBD botanical tea and ate I ate freshly baked strawberry rhubarb pie, not too sweet/perfect crust. Then we browsed some local crafts for sale. There’s a Madrona climbing structure for the kiddies and friendly farmers to help/explain and educate. I love visiting OrcaSong Farm and like to bring visitors to this incredible destination on beautiful Orcas Island.

We spent a week at Orcasong and enjoyed the view of the lavender fields and mountains from our apartment. Rebekah was very helpful, sweet and caring. There’s a lot happening on this farm as the young people transform Orcasong to a great asset for the Island which will include a large gallery area in the barn soon. Much is already in place and the flower garden area is very beautiful, great place to sit. It has an amazing variety of plants, flowers, fruits and vegetables. They also have a small store, open daily selling their products, including CBD products, ice cream, coffee etc. None the less the apartment is private forthe most part. It’s next to the laundry area with much use of the washer/dryer...not a problem for us, but so you know. They should probably install a shade over the French doors for privacy rather than the rickety folding screen. While we were there they hosted yoga one morning, and were going to host a painting class in two more days. Plus two outdoor movies are slated later in the month. All free community events! Enjoy!

Terrific folks and a lovely setting for me to recharge in between research work. The host helped us pick some Dahlia’s for a bouquet on our counter and we witnessed the farm crew run their still (what an amazing aroma extracting lavender essential oils!). I was invited by the folks there to join a yoga session with a fantastic local instructor. My wife and I were able to see plenty of wildlife: rabbits, deer, eagles, humming birds, honey bees, and loads of beneficial insects buzzing around their walking garden. Lodgings were nice as well. Hosts were quick to respond with any questions. Happy to visit again!

Amazing place and we will stay here again! My girlfriend and I enjoyed the peacefulness and drinking morning coffee on the patio overlooking the mountains, and our Australian Shepherd enjoyed running around the fields and the farm! It was the best of both worlds. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Lavender Studio for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The space is impeccably clean, all the amenities are sparkling new and the hosts are lovely. The studio has a little patio outside which overlooks the lavender farms, and is just beautiful to sit at and look out at nature — and it is really quiet at night for a restful sleep. I found it to be comfortable, relaxing and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous clean and lovingly cared for newer place on Orcas. It’s quiet, scenic, non-touristy with lovely look to Turtleback, expansive views over lavender fields, lots of blackberries, plums, pears, and tomatoes to pick and enjoy ad libitum during your stay. The hosts and owners (David, Doug, and Paul) are all fabulously interesting and accomplished professionals who have ample time for their guests and who always go the extra mile for each and every individual.
